Greenville, SC In Photos

I've recently moved to South Carolina and my new home is now Greenville, SC. I've lived here a few weeks and so far I really enjoy this city. So here is a few photos I've taken of my new home over the past year or so of preparing for our move.

Expect to see some reviews of the new area, restaurants and more in the future.

PHL to SAN

As this post goes up, I'm on my way to San Diego, California from Philadelphia. The plane was scheduled to take off at 7:40 am this morning with a direct transcon flight o San Diego. This trip is for work and I will only be in California for a few days to visit a supplier.

During the trip I will have the opportunity to take some photos and get back into the DSLR camera. For the past few trips, I have seemed to chronically forget my DSLR camera. While my camera phone does a great job now, it still can't properly replace a good camera. While in San Diego, the DSLR camera will make a great bit of difference.

The only remaining question is what do I take photos of in San Diego?

San Diego looks to have a wonderful beach front opportunity for photos. My cousin actually lives here and takes part in the surfing scene. He may be uniquely qualified to point me in the direction of some great beaches. The waterfront of the city seems like a natural place to shoot from. No matter where I end up in the city, I anticipate that some great shots will come out of it. So keep you eye on the blog and gallery here for some great new photos.

If anyone out there has any suggestions for great photo locations, or even some great restaurants, let me know and I'll try to get to both while in town.

Photo Adventure - Oregon

Last week was a chance for me to leave Philadelphia, head to the west coast and explore the area around where my Aunt and Uncle live. It had been many years, something like 15 years, since I was last out to visit them. It was definitely time to change that.

My Aunt and Uncle live on a grass airfield. Houses are located along it and multiple people have hangars on their property. Open the hangar, pull out the plane, jump in and fly away. It's a great idea, one I might want to take after in the future.

Anyways, it was a very enjoyable trip... enjoy my photo run through of my trip to Oregon.
